With a strong foundation in administrative support and client service, Hayleigh has developed a reputation for being highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Her professional journey began in the financial services industry, where she spent four years building key skills in organization, communication, and multitasking. Motivated by a growing interest in Human Resources, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg, along with a certification in Human Resource Management from Red River College.
Hayleigh takes pride in her ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. She is known for being someone her team can depend on—proactive in her approach and committed to supporting both colleagues and leadership. As she continues to grow her career at F.H. Black & Company, Hayleigh is working toward obtaining her CPHR designation and further developing her expertise in HR.
