Monique Durhack is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Consultant at F.H. Black & Company CPA Inc., bringing more than 10 years of experience across municipal government and manufacturing environments. With a strong background in labour and employee relations, Monique is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and practical support to the teams and clients she works with.

Throughout her career, Monique has developed extensive experience in labour relations, payroll, workplace health and safety, human rights legislation, and working collaboratively with unions and Workers Compensation Board representatives. She takes pride in her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to build positive working relationships while supporting organizations through a wide range of complex Human Resources matters.

Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time outdoors and taking in the wildlife surrounding her country home. She also enjoys creating stained glass projects, heading out on dirt biking adventures, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with her Boxer, Brixton, who confidently believes he runs the household.
